Properties and benefits
- A summer oil.
- Stops adult insects from moving, so they cannot mate or lay eggs, which reduces the pest population.
- Does not harm the plant, and gives high yield and efficiency.
- No waiting period before harvest.
- Harmless to the environment and to people.
Time of application
Red spider mite in greenhouse cucumber: Start when counts show 5 live red spider mites per leaf. One application is enough.
Pear psyllid: Apply when all eggs laid by the overwintering adults have hatched and 2nd and 3rd stage nymphs are seen. A summer application can be added if needed.
White peach scale: Start at the first hatching of crawlers, and time the second application by how long the first stays effective.
Citrus mealybug: When the fruits are the size of a hazelnut, the product is used in orchards where 10% or more of the fruits are infested, to reduce the population and partly prevent fruit drop.
